The first Safe Haven House in Favona Auckland has an annual operating budget of $ 115,000 . We currently have a mortgage and personal loans on the first Safe house of $585,000 which we want to pay off in the next 12 months. This will reduce the Trust’s interest payments by $24,200 per annum. Please seriously consider donating funds towards either our operating costs or the repayment of these loans. As soon as we have paid off the current Bank loan on the first house, we can start fundraising for the second house. We urgently need a second Safe House in Auckland and a Safe House in Christchurch and Wellington.
